Shipping Policy

At Control Mayhem, we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Shipping times depend on whether the item is currently in stock or made to order.

In-Stock Items
If the item you ordered is currently in stock, orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 working days.

Out-of-Stock Items
If an item has sold out at the time of your order, it may need to be restocked before shipping. In these cases, orders may take approximately 1–2 weeks to be processed and dispatched.

Custom / Made-to-Order Items
Custom items are produced on demand. These are ordered, embroidered, and prepared specifically for your order. Because of this process, custom items will typically be completed and shipped within 2 weeks.

Delivery Times
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times will depend on the courier service and your location. Control Mayhem is not responsible for courier delays once the package has been dispatched.
